What files do you need to create a VR walkthrough?
We work from the same files as architectural rendering — DWG, RVT, SKP, or OBJ. If you already have renders from us, we can often build a VR walkthrough from the same model at a reduced cost.
Can buyers access the VR walkthrough without a headset?
Yes. Every walkthrough we deliver includes a web-browser version accessible via a simple link on any device. No headset or app required — users navigate by clicking, dragging, or using their phone's gyroscope.
Can we embed the VR walkthrough on our website or property listing?
Yes. We provide an embed code for the web-browser version that drops directly into any website, property portal listing, or landing page. We can also host the walkthrough on our CDN and provide a shareable URL.
How long does a VR walkthrough project take?
A standard single-unit walkthrough typically takes 5–7 business days from receipt of approved 3D model files. Multi-unit or masterplan walkthroughs are scoped individually. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
